Terms of Use

Mail Auto is operated by Lâu Bản Vĩ and provides tools for managing mailboxes, processing email, categorizing, summarizing, drafting replies, setting rules and tracking work with AI. You can contact contact@mailauto.net about using the service.

These terms apply when you access the website or use the Mail Auto app and services. By using the service, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using it and request assistance closing your account.

The service is available to users worldwide; individual features, plans and app stores may vary in availability by region, platform or version.

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials and use only mailboxes, sending addresses and content you are authorized to manage. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf.

You are responsible for account use within your control. If you discover unauthorized access, change your credentials, review login sessions and contact us for support.

You must have the capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law or the required permission of a legal representative. The right to use a mailbox address provided by the service is linked to account status and service operating conditions.

AI assists with processing information and may produce incorrect, incomplete or contextually inappropriate content. Summaries, categories, tasks and reports are aids; they do not replace reviewing the original email or obtaining professional judgment when needed.

Review recipients, content, business information and commitments before sending. Sensitive decisions involving finance, law, refunds or complaints require appropriate review by a responsible person.

By enabling automatic sending, you authorize Mail Auto to process and send email under the feature's settings, rules and conditions. You are responsible for configuring it appropriately, monitoring activity and disabling automation when you no longer want it. Changing settings does not recall emails already sent.

You must not use Mail Auto to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, impersonate others or misrepresent the sender.
• Distribute malware, unlawful content or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Access accounts without authorization, collect data without permission or disclose others' credentials.
• Bypass limits or safeguards, disrupt the service or exploit it in ways that harm the system or users.

You must follow commercial email and personal data rules applicable to your activities, including permission to use recipient lists and requests to stop receiving email where applicable.

You or the relevant rights holder retain rights to the emails, documents, knowledge and content you provide. Using Mail Auto does not transfer ownership of that content to the operator.

You authorize Mail Auto to process, store, transmit and provide content to supporting services as necessary to deliver the features you use, in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

You are responsible for having the rights to provide content and use the results. AI content may not be unique and may resemble content generated for others; its protection and use depend on applicable law.

Mail Auto's software, designs, logo and other assets belong to the operator or the relevant licensors. You may use them within the service's features and must not copy or exploit them without authorization.

Applicable prices, durations, limits and entitlements are displayed on the plan selection and purchase confirmation screens. Check the store information before paying. Purchases may not be available on some versions or platforms.

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, the store may continue charging according to the displayed cycle and conditions until you cancel. One-time purchases are governed by their respective product descriptions.

App Store and Google Play transactions follow the payment processes and conditions of the relevant store. Restoring or synchronizing entitlements may take time while a transaction is verified.

You can manage and cancel renewals in the subscriptions section of App Store or Google Play using the store account that made the purchase. The effective date and remaining access to entitlements depend on the store's terms and the selected plan.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your Mail Auto account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Check your subscription status and cancel separately if you do not want it to renew.

Refund requests for store purchases are handled through that store's support channels, under its policies and your mandatory legal rights. For help identifying a transaction or entitlement, contact contact@mailauto.net; do not send card details or passwords.

Mail Auto depends on network connections and email, AI, login, notification, payment and infrastructure providers. Incidents, maintenance, limits or changes at these providers may affect receiving, processing or sending email.

The service does not guarantee successful delivery of every email, accuracy of every AI result or uninterrupted operation. Keep copies of important information and monitor delivery status for essential messages.

Features may be adjusted to maintain quality, protect the service or meet legal requirements. Changes to purchased entitlements must follow the transaction terms and applicable legal rights.

Mail Auto may restrict or suspend activity when abuse, security risks, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement is identified. The response depends on the circumstances; you may contact us for an explanation or to request review.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion through Settings → Delete account or contact support. Deletion follows the queue and retention policy described in the Privacy Policy .

When an account or mailbox stops operating, receiving, sending and AI processing may stop. Redirect your email flow and save needed data before requesting deletion. Existing obligations and records that must be retained do not end automatically when you close your account.

To the extent permitted by law, each party's liability is assessed based on applicable obligations, control and the cause of harm. The operator is not responsible for harm arising from your unauthorized use of the service or use of AI results without review where review is necessary, unless the law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes data protection rights, refund rights, compensation or other mandatory consumer rights.

Mandatory laws applicable to you and your transactions remain in effect. These terms do not require you to waive the right to complain or seek assistance from a competent authority.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The version and update date are published here. Changes requiring notice or acceptance will be handled under applicable requirements; rights relating to existing transactions are considered under the corresponding conditions.
